As part of our AI-first approach, we’re embedding automation, data, and smart tools across the business to drive smarter decision-making and operational efficiency.
We’re looking for a motivated individual at the early stage of their career to join us as a Projects & Operations Assistant, supporting strategic initiatives and working closely with senior stakeholders across our Executive Committee. Some key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the planning, coordination, and tracking of strategic projects across the business.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, board packs, and presentations for senior leadership and governance meetings.
- Coordinating cross-functional meetings, capturing actions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Conducting research and analysis to support operational improvements and decision-making.
- Helping to identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation in line with our AI-first strategy.
- Collaborating with teams across the Group to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and alignment with business goals.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and project records, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Supporting internal communications and stakeholder engagement around key projects and change initiatives.
About you:
This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who’s curious, analytical, and eager to contribute to strategic projects while learning from senior leaders. You’ll be working closely with our Executive Committee, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and helping drive operational improvements across the business.
You will also have:
- A strong interest in business strategy, project management, or operations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a desire to take ownership and deliver results.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and working collaboratively across teams.
- High attention to detail when preparing reports, presentations, and governance materials.
- A flexible approach to problem-solving and adapting to change.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; interest in AI, automation, or data-driven decision-making is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
