What We Want:
A proven Sales Delivery Manager, someone with at least 10 years experience who can put their broking experience and knowledge to work, operating more broadly to drive the delivery of a change programme, whilst being responsible for execution, implementation and embedding of various sales initiatives which have been identified and built as part of the longer-term sales development strategy within the group.
You will be supporting deployment across the broking and sales teams within the Jensten Group to drive increased revenues and improve sales effectiveness
Working closely with the Jensten sales population and supporting business stakeholders to ensure that initiatives are carefully communicated and implemented at pace to meet the growth aspirations of the broking businesses. Helping to enhance the capabilities of the Jensten sales teams to outperform on organic growth target.
Main Accountabilities:
• Working to support the delivery of a range of initiatives and programmes which can be utilised by the broking teams within the business to support achievement of organic growth plans and deliver improvements to sales effectiveness
• Take ownership of specific initiatives, leading the implementation and tracking
• Monitor and improve initiatives once they have been implemented, working with broking teams to gather feedback and to implement incremental improvements to strengthen programmes
• Working collaboratively with other Jensten business functions and external providers to ensure that initiatives meet the requirements of the business, are implemented smoothly to support trading results and are within agreed timescales
• Regularly engage broking teams, being visible in branches to help build a view of future requirements. Using broking experience in the field to identify areas of development and best in class approaches already in place
• Build effective relationships across the regional business with local branch leaders and their teams to support the implementation of sales initiatives
• Support the Distribution Director and other key stakeholders to develop a central sales engine which delivers continuous improvement across the group on a regular basis
• Work across the Jensten Group to share best practice and become a trusted partner to other parts of the business, creating group value and driving consistency in approach in sales.
• Work to support collaboration within the sales teams and more broadly across the group ensuring Jensten capture the full value of opportunities
• Ensure that good client outcomes are clearly delivered through all sales initiatives that are implemented and that all programmes operate within the compliance framework
