Group Agency Manager
Jensten have an exciting opportunity for a Group Agency Manager.

Previous experience in agency management isn't required, and we welcome applications from graduates, career changers, and individuals at the start of their professional journey.
Working as part of a close-knit team of three, you'll receive training, support, and exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across the business while developing specialist knowledge of insurer relationships, agency agreements, regulatory requirements, and business processes across the Group. You'll play an important role in supporting the administration of insurer, MGA, sub-broker and inter-company agency agreements, including Terms of Business Agreements (TOBAs), helping to ensure robust processes and controls are maintained across the organisation.
This is a remote position, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with the expectation of attending one in-person meeting per month in Huntingdon.
What You'll Do
Maintain and update a central TOBA and sub-agent log.
Support the onboarding of new, amended, and acquired insurer and sub-broker agencies.
Assist with processes that enable wholesaling and cross-selling of Group products.
Review insurer TOBAs and support new agency applications.
Handle agency and TOBA maintenance activities and respond to queries.
Support the setup and integration of sub-agents, franchisees, and acquisitions.
Assist with audit requests relating to insurer and client money processes.
Produce information and responses for regulatory, conduct, and internal reporting requirements.
Build strong working relationships with insurers, brokers, and colleagues across the Group.
This list is not exhaustive and other activities will be required to support senior team colleagues and mini-projects.

You'll Ideally Have
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
A proactive mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
The ability to work quickly and independently while remaining connected with a remote team.
An interest in financial services, insurance, business operations, or stakeholder management.
Experience underwriting platforms would be beneficial but is not essential.
