IBA Technician – 12Month Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Leave Cover | Remote (UK)
The Jensten Accounts team is looking for a proactive and detail driven IBA Technician to join our friendly and high performing team on a 12month FTC.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our broker accounting activity — ensuring accurate reconciliations, processing refunds in line with regulatory requirements, and helping maintain the smooth financial operations that underpin our business. You’ll be joining a collaborative team that sits at the heart of our finance environment.
This position is fully remote (UK Only), offering flexibility while still working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the business.
Some key objectives & responsibilities will include:
This role combines elements of cash allocations and insurer reconciliations, with a strong focus on accuracy, customer service and problem solving. Your responsibilities will include:
Reconciling insurer statements and resolving discrepancies
Preparing and submitting payment advice documentation
Completing daily and monthly reconciliations
Reconciling bank accounts and resolving discrepancies
Producing and distributing aged debt and unallocated cash reports
