Henry Seymour Insurance Brokers (part of Jensten) are looking for a Digital technology leader for their technology, data and digital engineering capability working behind a fast-growing digital distribution business that is now managing over 60,000 customer policies across established online brands.
This opportunity is offering a Hybrid working arrangement, but with commutable travel to our Sutton Office
THE ROLE
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in digital platforms, e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, martech, lead generation or growth engineering to drive the next phase of digital transformation and customer acquisition.
You'll lead:
• Digital platforms, websites and customer journeys
• Data infrastructure, tracking and attribution (GA4, server-side tracking, data platforms)
• Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and experimentation programmes
• Marketing technology, automation and AI initiatives
• External development, data and agency partners
• Technology roadmap and digital innovation strategy
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for experience in:
✔ Digital product/platform ownership
✔ Data, analytics and attribution ecosystems
✔ CRO, testing and growth optimisation
✔ Marketing technology and automation tools
✔ Managing technical suppliers and development partners
✔ Delivering measurable commercial outcomes through technology
This role would suit candidates from digital commerce, SaaS, fintech, martech, online marketplaces, lead-generation businesses, digital agencies or other technology-led environments.
