The purpose of this role is to devise and run successful marketing campaigns for the Group, with the objective to create new leads and to attract new customers; enhancing the brand and building market share in key specialisms. The role will focus predominantly on Jensten’s retail division (Jensten Insurance Brokers & other brands) and Jensten’s wholesale division (consisting of Jensten Underwriting and Jensten London Markets).
You will be encouraged to actively continue your professional and personal self-development, and supported to complete a mini MBA whilst also networking and keeping up to speed with industry trends and developments.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns for the brands, within agreed timescales and with the purpose of identifying new leads and attracting new customers; in order to meet the strategic marketing objectives
- In co-operation with the wider Marketing function, understand the core proposition to enable you to oversee campaign content creation, including design, copywriting and proofing
- Track the success of campaigns, ensuring they are in budget and where appropriate making/suggesting improvements
We are looking to attract somebody with proven experience of managing B2C/B2B campaigns within the insurance space (other sectors will be considered) and the ability to understand the proposition, products and services being offered.
