Are you a HR professional with experience supporting a business partnering model?
We're looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to support our HR Business Partner, Retail with the delivery of key people initiatives and imbedding people processes and programmes across the Groups retail business units.
Together, you will be the point of referral and contact for employee relations queries, guiding stakeholders on policy and best practice queries.
Key responsibilities of this role include;
- Managing a varied caseload of people related issues such as onboarding, probation and absence issues.
- Supporting line managers through disciplinary and performance management procedures. Providing best practice advice.
- Supporting on and when required leading on key people related projects and initiatives which effect retail business units.
- Support with integration activities for any new acquisitions joining the Group.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;
- Good knowledge of employment law and best practice HR procedures
- A wide range of HR expertise
- Previous experience working in and supporting a business partnering model
- Experience with working on business proposals and service presentations
